What is Eclipse Awards?

Eclipse Awards is a boutique trophy shop making customized awards and trophies that convey recognition and appreciation. Founded in 1998 by Toby Barazzuol, Eclipse Awards is dedicated to the craft of creating earth-friendly recognition awards and trophies that you can present with confidence and pride, knowing they will be cherished for a lifetime. Are your awards Crystal or Lucite?

All of our awards are either optic crystal or glass, which are materials that people love to see and feel. As part of our commitment to a plastic-free experience, we do not offer any Lucite or Acrylic awards, trophies or plaques.

Do all pieces include custom graphic design?

Yes, custom design and personalization are included in every order. We provide a free digital artwork proof which is sent to you as a PDF file. You can request unlimited design changes at no charge, and with each change we’ll send you an updated artwork proof. We never start production until we have your signed approval of the artwork proof.

Do you provide an artwork proof?

Yes, with every order you will receive an artwork proof via email. You can request unlimited design changes at no charge, and we don’t start production until we have your signed approval of the artwork proof.

How long does it take to produce an order?

Our standard lead time is 15 business days, from the date you confirm your order to your in-hands date. This includes a customized design process with artwork proof and approval, production time, packing and transit time to your desired location. For orders required in less than 15 days, we provide 5 levels of Rush service down to as little as one or two days.

What materials do you work with?

We primarily work with crystal, glass, and wood - timeless, eco-friendly materials that people love to hold, feel and touch. As part of our earth-friendly commitments, we do not work with plastics like lucite or acrylic, which helps to ensure our awards and trophies are eco-friendly.

What type of markings do you offer?

We provide 3 different types of markings on our awards and trophies. We mark crystal and glass pieces primarily with sandblasting etching, which has a timeless and elegant look. For wooden pieces we typically use solar laser engraving, which offers a more rustic and textured look. Both methods offer permanent and impressive markings that will add value to your awards and trophies. We also offer full colour Cosmo Printing which adds vibrant colours to crystal, glass and wood pieces.

How can I place my order for awards online?

This is the easiest and fastest way of placing your order. Simply visit the page of the award you want to purchase, and fill out the required fields and quantity. When you click add to cart, any quantity discounts will be applied once you head to checkout. During the checkout process you can either upload personalization details and instructions, or select “personalize later” if you don’t have those details ready yet. Do you do 3D Etching inside crystal?

Our standard sandblast marking is a deep and elegant etching on the surface only, not inside the crystal. Sandblast etching is permanent and it looks and feels impressive, however it is on the surface only. If you require internal 3D etching inside crystal, please inquire as this is a custom option that requires 8-10 weeks lead time.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes, for your convenience, all of our awards and trophies have fixed, all-in prices based on the quantity ordered. Prices include all custom design, unlimited artwork changes, all personalization and markings. There are no setup charges or hidden fees. Only taxes (within Canada) and shipping are extra.

Do you offer rush service and delivery?

Our standard lead time is 15 business days, so any order required in 14 business days or less is considered a Rush Order. We offer 5 levels of rush service, right down to the same day within Metro Vancouver and 1-2 days within Canada and the US. Rush Orders are immediately added into our design and production queue, receiving prompt and constant attention until your order is safely delivered on time.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes, we offer guaranteed on-time delivery or your order is free. We also guaranteed safe delivery, as well as guaranteed accuracy that your order will match your approved artwork.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship your order anywhere in North America or beyond. Just let us know where and when you’d like your ordered delivered and we’ll make it happen with safe and on-time delivery guaranteed. Note that we can also help if you need to ship to multiple locations.
